Q: What is Hollywood Baby?

A: We are a completely custom line of clothing. This means that you pick what style you would like, as well as what fabric and embellishments. We make each piece of clothing specifically for you. We do not have an inventory to pull items from.

Q: Can I return my clothing if I do not like it?

A: No. We are always glad to exchange for sizes (as long as the size needed is offered) within the same style and fabric as long as your clothing has not been personalized (monogram or Fabric Letter). We do not give refunds for any reason.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: You can expect to receive your order within approximately 10 - 12 weeks of the date that your payment is processed within the Hollywood Baby office. Delays from our suppliers can delay shipment; however, please know that we will do everything possible to get your adorable clothing to you in a timely manner.

Q: Why is it important for you to have my physical address, phone number, and email address?

A: We need your physical address for UPS as they will not ship to a P.O. Box number. Your phone number is what we will use as your customer number as well as a reference number to track your package. We ask for your email address as an alternative way to reach you quickly should we have any questions.

Q: Can I call or email the Hollywood Baby office to change my order?

A: In order to expedite your order, we can not accept changes after your order has been sent to the manufacturer. It is best to double check your order prior to having it sent in to us.

Q: Can I add items to my order after my initial order is placed?

A: You may add items up until the cut off date which will be listed on your catalog. There will be an additional shipping charge added, so that items added later will not hold up your original order.

Q: Can I alter a pattern? (ex. Can I add 2 inches to the length of a pant?)

A: At this time, Hollywood Baby does not allow for any altering of patterns.
